I had my parents on Kubuntu at first and switched them to Lubuntu once they started noticing KDE was slow on their machine. I have taught Mum to Google Ubuntu + her problem & the "help it's broken" emails turned into "I fixed it!" ones.

Interesting perspective on the "but bitcoin was supposed to be p2p cash" argument: cash is actually a bearer instrument with direct p2p settlement (not going through any validators like banks etc.). Kind of like handing around a signed transaction, e.g. in Lightning Network.

Anyone knows the reason for Ember.js tests having switched to Google Chrome instead of the open-source Chromium?
Current Gran Canaria cycling status: doing a group ride up to the mountains early in the morning tomorrow, but I'm the sucker who has to add 17km with 250m elevation both before and after the actual ride to even get to the meeting point and home. I call it extra homework.
