So, Flattr now basically does what Brave/BAT does, but without the privacy and with much higher fees. Did I miss something?

That blog post says literally nothing about how this is supposed to work in a system without some kind of P2P crypto token. Or at all. It says it can't explain, because that would be outdated soon. Total cop-out.

Are you are or are you not receiving a list of URLs a user flattr'ed, that you can technically map to that user account? If not, then I'm terribly sorry for misunderstanding the post.
