@skddc you know that you can use the command line to start/stop that on OSX, too, right?
@bitboxer Only if a) the package provides launchd config and b) you remember how to use frickin' launchctl, both of which are uncertain.

@skddc a) homebrew does for everything and b) brew info to see the documentation if you forgot it.
